My Panny 100 has gone bang suspected power supply fault. Am waiting for it to be sorted. Panasonic people have not gotten back to me yet. Can anyone tell me if I am entitled to a substitute while mine is in for repair, rugby world cup on at the moment. Bought it from Robert Whyte recon unit but comes with year warranty.
    Any help greatly appreciated.

did u contact panasonic directly? seems to be the best option they offer u a loan unit but tell u it could take longer to get one, i called them and i think it took about a week to get it all done (i didnt take a loan unit though)
will be calling them again soon as i have a horrible yellow stain developing from the top of the screen! anyone else had "this" problem?(already had the psu done!)

Thanks for quick reply pj. Yes, just contacted them and getting a loaner would be no prob but they won't have one back for a couple of weeks. Seems power supply has gone so no choice but to go without till it is fixed

Sounds like heat damage....................... if it's still in warranty period, definitely send it back to Panny.

Yes, I can see what you mean. Still, excess temperature must have contributed somewhere along the line, so cheers.
