    Hi guys,
    I'm getting my new sky silver q box on Monday.to go on my Panasonic 58inch 902b television.just wondering what settings I use on the sky q box.ie 1080i or 1080p or 2160.
    Thx for any help.

    Do I have that setting on everything I watch ie sky sports news?

    You set the sky q box to 2160 10bit and then leave it. I've had it set on that since day one and not felt the need to faffarohnd with it

    Out of curiosity.did you notice the difference from the sky q box.to the sky HD box in picture quality?

    It's a better picture and a much better layout imo. It's not a massive jump in picture quality but a definite improvement. Enjoy your TV

    The only thing about going that way is that you are then always using the Sky Q box's scaler to upscale their 1080i normal HD transmissions whereas it may well be that your TV has the better scaler. That said, there may be very little difference and therefore not worth the hassle of having to change the output when you are watching a 4K broadcast or download.

    At the end of the day, it's your choice and, whichever one you make, enjoy your new UHD setup. :)
