Hi Im new to the forum so please go easy.
I have a 65EZ952 purchased in Feb 2018. The screen has started to bend for some strange reason. Also I have major issues on the screen itself with cray patch areas. John Lewis sent out North West appliances repair team who said yes its bent and the areas are bad. He did mention that the bottom corner had a touch of screen burn. Because his report mentioned screen burn John Lewis are being saying the 5 year warranty doesnt cover screen burn. I explained I n=know that but the fault is the screen curving and the patch areas on the panel. Not what you expect when I paid £2800 for a so called master panel
Can anyone help or offer any advice.
