Panasonic 42PX60 and Media Centre / itunes.

Hi, I wanted to get a PC connected to my PX60.

Firstly is it best to connect the PC with a VGA lead or an DVI - HDMI lead?

I would mostly be using it to play music through my cinema sysyem without the need for CD's. I normally use itunes as a audio player. Has anyone tried using itunes on the PX60, or would it be better to use windows media centre?
