Panasonic 42PX10 Or 42PS10

Going to buy either the 42PX10 or the 42PS10. What are the differences between them? And which one is better?

S10 = 1080p

Yep, that's the main difference although the X is VReal 4 to the S's VReal 3 - this relates to handling of SD content where 4 is supposed to be better
