My plasma arrived this morning from Comet (ordered 2 weeks ago),just wondering what the best settings are for viewing sky and dvd.
    1.viewing mode
    2.p-nr
    3.mpeg nr
    4.aspect controls-panasonic auto or 16:9.

I have already turned down the contrast and brightness and took it out of dynamic but would appreciate any more advice.

All noise reduction settings soften picture to an unacceptable degree IMHO. I have a pro installed aerial and find the freeview PQ to be a match for SKY and in some cases its better.
Leave the screen in auto while watching off air stuff but be aware it can take the screen a few minutes to adjust the aspect ratio on certain channels such as MTV etc. I have found that when using component that auto does not work ( I think it does mention this in the manual) so probably best set to 16:9 just to be sure when watching DVD's. Most important advice is read the manual and enjoy :hiya:
