I have a product that is coming up locked with a flashing led (red). The only way I can get the screen back to life is disconnect the mains and reapply. I then have correct performance for a period of 6-8 weeks. I have actually swapped the screen for another one in the past and it is still happening. I have read 2 articles that say it could be a poor earth on the mains supply or spurious IR. Anyone had similar and sorted it?

HOw many times does it flash? could be a PSU fault (quite common on these screens)
