Panasonic 32XD70 or 32XD700 & V+?

Can't decide which of those to go for with existing V+ box to utilise HDMI. Also, will add PS3 or XBOX at a later date so future-proofing a consideration.

Anyone used the above sets with V+ & console combo and care to share results etc.?
