Anyone know if checking the usage time on the service menu will invalidate the warranty? I heard some posters saying going into the service menu can invalidate it. I went into the service menu(v/- and 0 *3 times) and the options couldnt be selected. Thanks

I would say that it wouldn't invalidate the warranty unless you messed with things and screwed your TV up.If it did void things, everybody who has had their expensive Pioneers professionally calibrated would be screwed if something went wrong.
I went into my service menu the day I got my new plasma to make sure the operating hours were zero and I am sure many other people have done the same.
