Sorry if this has been asked on countless occasions. I plan to buy either of the above. The signal will come from my powerbook mac laptop G4 via DVI and i wanna know if the output screen resolutions at 1440x900 will differ between the two screens. Will other displays (i.e Pio or NEC or Hitachi) be any better?

Any ideas if the screen resolution will be much better on DVDs/ Freeviews etc., Cheers guys

Both HD7 and Pioneer screens are 1024x768 so that is what you want to output to get a sharp image.

Don't know if the screens can take native rate over DVI, if they cant then you would be far better to go in vga.
    Both will look good.

The PW7 is 852x480 and will only really look good with this resolution, especially with a desktop, if you plan on using it as a monitor I would miss this one out.
