Pana DMR-EH50 - Pure NTSC recordings

    Can this machine record from pure NTSC signal? If yes, will the disc be able to be played in any other DVD player/recorder? Thanks

    it sure does,just switch the tv setting in the connections menu to NTSC and fire away,once you have finalized it just plays back the same on any machine.

    Onething you may need to remeber is that your TV may display your output in B&W but this normally happens if your TV does not fully support pure NTSC. Most have a converter and just converts in a susdo signal I think they call it.

    I have a E85 and my NTSC recordings or Pal ones have a symbol on the thumbnail.
