Pan 55FZ802B Motion Judder

Hi guys,

Got my TV (above) back in January. I've been pretty impressed overall, but one massive bug bear is motion judder. Still images are perfect, but things don't move across the screen smoothly. In this regard, my old Panny plasma wins hands down, at about a quarter of the price !

Could it be a setting I have missed? I have been through the menus but perhaps something is not set correctly?

Source is Sky only, which I believe is set up correctly.

Make sure you run Menu -> Network -> Software-Update and NOT Setup -> System Menu -> System Update Just tried to update mine and noticed your post. You are correct but why? BTW Does anyone know whether the TV keeps all your picture settings? Thanks Dave
