Anyone any idea how to upgrade/amend/enable a 1 year old 757Ai to output Pal progressive as well as NTSC?

Came shipped from the dealer with Multiregion amendment (don't know how).

New players come PAL and NTSC enables now. Can't be much of a change? If a firmware upgrade anyone know how/where?

To the best of my knowledge, you are supposed to return your player to a pioneer dealer who should be able to carry out the said upgrade for a fee , around £80.

That was the position a few month ago, maybe things changed.

You will need to return it yourself, had mine done it's 80 quid incl collection and delivery, mine took about 3 days, but they quote 5 working days I think.

The company to contact is sequoia techinical services, either a search here or on Pioneer's FAQ should give you the number.
