Pairing Sky card to new HD box

I'm quite aware I need to ring Sky and pair my card to a new box. However which number should I ring and what department should I select?

SKY HD - 08708 500 006. Follow the promps or if not one that suits your needs just hold the line.

Hi I am today picking up a second hand hd box off fleabay...just a couple of questions if anyone can help please!!!!
1. Once I get sky to pair my card with the new box will it
not work with the existing Sky+ box? The Mrs has a few progs recorded, so will she have to watch them first?
2. Do I have to take up the HD sub to get Sky to pair the card...or can this be done later?
3. Will the new box need to be connected to a phone line for 12 months..even though it is my box!!

The old box will work for all the free channels if you have an old card or buy a freesat card for £20 from Sky if you want it in another location
