Hi all,
I have read alot of threads about painting a wall and using different paints etc, but nothing like what im thinking.
I made a frame and put an old projector screen material over it and stapled it all up like a huge blank picture canvas.
I then put up a floating shelf and put my optima 3000 lumens hd141x projector on it upside down and adjusted the setting to make it project upside down to.
All pretty simple so far.
I then turned on my projector and I have bad reflection patches in the middle of the screen which I have read to be hotspots. Its mainly light colours like white and yellow that cause the issues.
The rest of the image around the hotspot it great.
So my options to fix this seem to be one of the below.
Further information:
When I project onto the wall after removing the screen I dont get the hotspot and the wall is a blue/duckegg colour.
Where in the UK can I get someone to make me the blackwidow mix in a spray can ?
Many thanks in advance.
Phil

- Remove the projector screen that I made and just paint the wall with blackwidow mix or other similar.
- Paint the projector screen that I made with with blackwidow mix and hope that because the paint is matt that the hotspot will go.
- Any suggestions would be appreciated.
