Paging Ian J - 2 LFE Sub input from 1 LFE Amp output.

Ian Im sure Ive read before that if you have a L&R LFE sub inputs on your amp and one single LFE output from an AV amp, do you simply run into the Left input ? Or is it right – does it matter.

    TIA dude.

I'm not Ian but most people use the left input although it doesn't matter which you use in reality. I think it harks back to the introduction of stereo sources where if you only have a mono configuration you should use the left channel as it was guaranteed to have all of the dialogue information. :)

CJ - I don't think that there is a standard as some subs have indentical L&R inputs but others have the second input -10db down on the other one so it depends on what type of sub you have.
