    HI

Im waiting for mine to arrive, but i have one question. Is there anyway to record onto the hdd from a video, as my gf is giving me a hard time about loosing the vcr as she has a fitness video she plays most days.

It would be a big help if i could record this onto the hard drive.

Thanks i know this is a long shot, but its worth a try.

Maybe you could find someone to copy the VHS onto a DVD-R? Will play fine on DV88+.

Assuming macrovision isn't an issue then yes it's (almost) as simple as connecting them together and pressing play on VHS and record on DVD-R.
