Pace Twin Tuner DVB/PVR, Any News?

    As subject really, it was due before Xmas but last I hear they were holding it back for whatever reason.

    Does anybody have any further info. on it ?

    It's a shame Pace are taking so long to get this together. I think this piece of kit could really give DTT a boost. Hopefully they have delayed it to source a decent sized hard disk. The 20gig one in the spec (10 hours recording) is just not big enough.
    Checked with John Lewis (Bluewater) today, they knew all about it, but no stock number yet so you cannot even advance order one.

    Thanks for the info.

    I'm also hoping they are upping the HD size, 40G at least, and maybe the option to spin it down when not in use.

    Why spin the drive down ... it's much more likely that a drive that keeps being spun up and down will fail ... thats why I always recomend people disable the HDD spin down on their PCs
