    Can anyone help me please?

    I have recently replaced both my TVs that are connect to my PACE Digibox, (one through a remote cable link). I cannot get either of my Sky controllers to control either TV.

    I have checked the codes and with the TV makers but in neither case can I get the TV's to respond to the SKY Remote.

    The new TVs are:
    JVC AV32R25EK and a SAMSUNG CombiVision T114P1DF4X/XEU

    On my old Tvs - and they were old - A Grudig 14" AND PANASONIC 21" the relevasnt SKY remotes were able to ON/OFF, Volume and Mute plus channel change.

    Now as I say the Remotes do not operate any of the TVs' functions.

    Thanks for reading this any help welcome.

    Many new TV sets are not compatible with the older version Sky Digibox Remote for obvious reasons.

    See http://www.satcure.co.uk/tvs.htm

    However, the latest version of the Sky Digibox Remote contains codes for newer TV sets (and omits some for older sets).

    The new remote is labelled URC1610-10 B01 sky rev 4.

    I've seen a thread about it somewhere. Maybe Digitalspy forum?

    I just received the following reply from Satcure:-

    * New Generation Sky Remote

    These remotes have newer codes installed. These include Bush, Daewoo, Beko and Schneider TV's amongst others. These are marked URC1610-10 B01 sky rev 4. Look inside the Battery compartment for a small white label with 'REV 4' printed on it.

    The select and Yellow function (key magic) no longer appears to work.
    Codes for some older model TV sets are missing.

    SatCure now stocks this new type. (Older version no longer available AFAIK).

    Thanks for the reply. I checked both my remotes and as you suggest they are early models.
