    Hi,

Anyone else had this problem recently?

Got an old Pace receiver thats been aok for years but since it's had a new EPG download last wed/thurs it's been showing various problems:

First signs of a problem began with picture and sound break up for a few minutes before the picture freezes totally. Check of service menu shows box is getting no signal at all and no hard lock. Can still go through all the menu's but any attempt to access the tv guide comes up with the "No signal being received" message. Thought it might be an lnb failure but connected a Humax to the cable and can get the free to air channels no problem. So think lnb is aok.

Done all the obvious things - disconnected etc.

Also noticed that it takes about 30 seconds for the box to come out of standby - if it does at all.

Haven't been able to do an auto soft update due to the above problems and the current soft is listed as 3.5.b (I think)

So this post is just to see if anyone else is having similiar problems.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

    Ian.
