Pace 1000 series Telewest Box.

I don't know whether it is Telewest or the box, but every week, and sometimes several times a week I get screen freezes and/ or loss of sound that can only be rectified by a "reboot".

Is this common?, only I upgraded from analogue on the assumption that the quality of service would improve. Sure the picture is better, but its hellish unreliable service.


Shouldn't be that bad - unless the box is overheating due to por ventilation (e.g. sandwiched between 2 VCRs with no airflow), check that the incoming cable connection isn't loose - if it still happens, report it as a fault
