Does any PA20 users know what is the best brightness and contrast setting to use to prevent screen burn?

I currently have the brightness setting turn down very low and contrast about 50% (in Normal mode) to try and prevent screenburn.

888, i just turned my settings down to half and even when the wife watched GMTV for 2 hours it was fine, you have to do something real stupid for burn in. We use a plasma here at the beeb for viewing our news and its constantly left on a locked shot for some time and its ok......the only bad case of burn in ive seen here is one running a logo every few mins. Just relax mate. Ive got to wait 3 weeks for a replacement from JL after mine died. Bugger.
