P42HHS30 - Older Model, Opinions?

Hi all,

First post here, so sorry if I don't include info you're used to.

I've got the offer of purchasing a display (only a few 100 hours) model plasma of the above model, for $839 AUD or 340 pound I think that would work out to be. This includes a 5 year warranty.

Anyone have an opinion on this model, pro's / con's? Anyone have an opinion on the PQ?

Just trying to find out as much info on this as I can before I decide if I want it. Pretty hard to go past at the price. Cheers.

30 series was phased out in the UK a couple of years ago so is quite old! Not sure about AUS but the 51 series is being sold off cheaply in the UK there was the 40 series between these 2 £350 is very cheap and in its day was a good screen, if it is only a few 1000 hours old no screen burn and has warranty it could be a serious bargain.
