I just got my new Denon 3910 dvd last Friday. I'm waiting for my HDMI cable to arrive next week, so currently I have connected the dvd to the projector via component. Great dvd player but there is a problem: When having selected progressive output, the picture from the projector turns black (not blue as if no signal is received) on both NTSC and PAL discs. However, when selecting interlaced out, there is a picture from the projector. Has anyone had a similar problem or knows a solution?

    Cheers

    hi

I cant help you with your problem, however i can tell you that I have speant all morning reading about various different problems with different settings on Denon DVD players and the AE700. So its worth searching around the forum a little. I'm sure you'll find the information you are after,

I was looking at denon 2910's and AE700's as I have the DVD and have just ordered the AE700
