i recently bought a second hand owl electric screen,it worked perfect. i was a bit excited when i got home so i dont now why but i pluged it in and pressed the button, about 6 foot of screen decended from the screen box with me holding the box in my hands! i paniced and pressed the button to wind it in and it started winding in of the pile of screen on the floor, then it seemed to jam and stop!!!!!!!!!!!it works ok now, after i fixed it to the ceiling!!!!!!should have done that in the first place!but it makes a squeeling noise while winding in!!!!!!has anybody opened a owl screen box up?and what might be the problem?many thanks

If you take the ends off you will find the motor on one end (Mains Cable Side) and and a spindle on the other. If you take out the spindle end and try greesing it. Take note to put it back the same way and do it while the screen is in its canister. This should shut shut her up!!!!
