I’ve only seen a few of his movies so far (Rushmore, Wedding Crasher, Zoolander), but I’m really turning into a fan of this guy. They interviewed him in playboy this month and I think his best line was when he compared picking up women at weddings to fishing with dynamite (unfortunately for my single, female friends he wasn’t a guest at our wedding!) From a female’s point of view, he’s a pretty smart guy with lots of great points for the single men out there. Anyone else like him, or catch this interview?

he's ok, good popcorn actor. I enjoyed watching him in Meet the Parents and Starsky and Hutch, but I'm afraid I don't think he is amongst the best.
Nothing wrong with that though, although I wouldn't go and see a movie because he's in it. the film would have to sell itself before him I'm afraid.

    LOL..... :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I wouldnt say he was a great actor more of an entertainer. Nothing against him or for him really. He seems to do a lot of comedies which is what he is suited to. :D

Where did you find that old picture of me!!!

Keeping this thread on topic: I think that you r all being a little hard on poor Owen with regard to his nose and acting ability. I read an article recently where it was reported that he can adjust the crookedness of his nose (some kind of "mind over body" crap) to suit the role he is playing. Look at him in Behind Enemy Lines and his nose bends to the right as most shots of him with Gene Hackman have him on the left (apparently Gene's agent was worried about him loosing an eye or something) and in most other movies it bends to the left. Now if that isn't great character acting, I don't know what is.

He's certainly good at what he does, but what he does is the same in all the films i've seen him in! I find him very funny though a good entertainer, to be called a good actor i think he'd need a few challenging/serious roles.

He's much less annoying then Adam Sandler... the stupid whiny :censored: !! :D

Wedding crasher does look good, am a fan of the 'frat pack' stiller, wilson, vaughn and ferrel!

Not with all four as leads, but Starsky and Hutch had them all in.

Ferrell was the gay guy in prison and Vaughn the bad guy, i dont need to say who stiller and wilson were! hehe!

i think they all made an apperance in Anchorman too, i'm sure wilson and stiller we're in the really funny fight scene!

I know Vaughn made an appearance in Zoolander with Stiller and Wilson, not sure about Ferrel though.

    Other combinations include:

Wilson and Ferrel = Old School

Stiller and Wilson = Meet the Parents

    Stiller and Vaughn = Dodgeball

thats all i can think of off hand! :)
