Overclocking isn't my thing but you may get some help here at Guru3D which is nVidia-based, this is an initial intro page to overclocking which contains links to their forums etc. Should be plenty of help around that site I would think.

umm don`t think your going to get much of a boost from overclocking a gf4mx m8 unfortunatly.. if it`s the latest games you want to play then look at getting a new graphics card.. Ati are best at the minute.. heres a good place to buy..
    www.overclockers.co.uk
    hope that helps.. :smashin:

i think you need a little download called "coolbits" it adds a section on to graphic card properties which allows you to alter the clock speed.
thats what i used on my FX5200 ultra,it also tests the settings so you dont set them too high

    Richard,

I got something called a geforce tweak utility that has coolbits included. Im just playing around with it but am still quite cautious. My grfx card plays c&c generals quite nicly but i was just hoping to get some more out of it before i invest in any new games.
