Selling an Ouya console. The console is brand new, having just been replaced by Ouya following the failure of my previous unit. Still with plastic covering stuck on, only turned on to see if it works.

The replacement also came with a new power supply - this is a US plug with a travel adaptor, but works fine. I'll enclose the original supply too, but to be used under caution as Ouya advised the issue may have been caused by a faulty power supply.

Only turned on to check the console works.

Also comes with controller (and batteries) and HDMI lead.

Looking to recoup what I paid for it originally.

Price and currency: £50 plus delivery
Delivery: Delivery cost is not included
    Payment method: Bank Transfer/Paypal Gift
    Location: Morecambe

I wasn't thinking of any, but if you have any PS3 games I could consider those.

OK. I do have a Praktica digital camera if you're interested? This one
Or a cheap and cheerful Novatech 1.6Ghz Celeron laptop.

Would need a few quid on top though with either of those.

Also got lots of open threads at the moment too.

Not interested in either of those either. Would just like to recoup what I paid.

No worries. I'm assuming it's still under warranty if you've just had it replaced?

I could offer £45 all in if that's any use.

I'll take £45 if you pay delivery, as it's going to be about £7 for special delivery.

How about £48.50 - splitting the cost of delivery?

    £50 delivered and it's yours.

Based on the prices in Cex and games for used consoles, it's a bargain at that.

Person I bought it from had bought it from CEX, but I dealt directly with Ouya over replacement, who were incredibly helpful and assume they will honour if there are any issues.

No box, as I didn't receive it in one.

Have you got the receipt from CEX? How much CEX warranty is left on it?

I don't have the receipt, as Ouya were happy to work off a photo of the receipt which the original seller emailed to me. The serial number on the new unit will be different to that on the receipt, so I doubt CEX would offer a warranty on the new unit.

I can forward the email conversation I had with Ouya about the issues and replacement if desired.

Did you not get any paperwork from Ouya with the replacement? I'm just after a little piece of mind in case anything does go wrong with the new unit. Without wanting to sound rude/ungrateful, you may well disappear from the forums and I can't get you if needed.

I think the box just had the unit in it when it was received back to me. I'll double check when I get back from work.

I'll be supplying my contact details as per the forum rules, and have offered to forward the email chain of my dealings with Ouya.

I may not have had many trades on the forum, but they have all gone well as my feedback shows. It's up to you if you wish to proceed or not. I can get almost what you're offering trading in at Game or Cex.

An un-boxed Ouya will get you £32 cash from CEX, quite a step down from the £50 (or £45ish after postage) you want from me.

I'll stick to my original offer of £48.50 as a punt. I'm in no great need for one, just wanting some emulation fun really on the big screen.

I can do £48.50 by a cheaper service such as collect plus store delivery or myhermes if that suits.

Not boxed as per earlier post.

I've checked in the box the replacement unit arrived in, and all I was sent with it was a packing slip.

    No problem - picture attached.

Just weighed it, and boxed and bubbled wrapped, it will be over 1kg, so the £48.50 price will be myhermes delivery to door or collect plus delivery to store.

    Thanks

BT is great, thanks - can you let me know if you'd prefer my hermes or collect plus to store? Collect Plus store delivery would suit me better as I can drop off across the road from me, but myhermes will be fine as well.
