got sky connected to second tv via coaxial cable. however picture quality is not as good as the one to the main tv

i've changed the channel number in the sky settings but still cant get anywhere near as clear a picture on the second tv as the first.

main tvs 42" panny plasma, seconds a 37" samsung lcd

would a signal booster help? or changing the coax cable to something better?

It will never be as good, one is connected via Scart hopefully set to RGB and 16:9 not 4:3 and PAL. The other is condensed, broadcasted as RF and sent up a co-ax as RF and in Mono. BUT do check you have made excellent connections with the co-ax plugs.

depends how bad the picture really is? if its grainy/snowy then you may have a connector/ cable issue, or the rf channel might clash with one used for tv transmission, if its just a clarity issue then as previously mentioned, the connections are limiting you.
