    Who doesn't love otters?

    Not the most technically proficient shots in the world. They could be sharper. Still I thought they were cute and show the personality these wee beasties have. Any comments welcome.

    great shots valleyman, i particularly like the 4th one of the otter trying to chew the nail,:eek: looks painful :smashin:

    Some great shots there mate, all of them look very sharp to me. It's a shame we don't see more of these creatures in thier natural habitat.

    What was the camera/lens you were using? They look plenty sharp to me, especially if you take compression into consideration.

    A D70s with a Tamron LD 70-300mm (Been pleased with the lens considering I grabbed it as a stop gap while I saved for some more expensive lenses)

    When I said sharpness I meant DOF wasn't really ideal. Like the wee fella chewing on the nail. Would have liked to get his nose in focus :)
