I get neck pain about twice a year.

My bro had the same problem and got a Orthopedic pillow from john lewis
which wasn't much good eventually he got a professional one from his chiropractor for £35 which did the trick. Some one at work had the same problem and paid £50 for one from his chiropractor  (yeah £50 for a pillow).

Anyway I want to get one, does any one know where I can purchase one of professional quality online rather then pay premimum rates to a chiropractor.

Seen a couple on ebay but don't know if they're any good.

yeah we got one from there too. It's made of that memory foam that conforms to your neck shape. My daughter uses it and finds it really comfortable.

I bought one from TK Maxx for £29 a couple of weeks ago (Dunlipillow) but I absolutely hate it, tried it for about half an hour and then couldn't take it anymore, I guess it is an acquired taste!

Just thought I'd add to this string as i too tried the memory foam pillows and found them really awkward (suffer from a bad back and neck).

I have however just got myself a superb mattress. It's a memory foam mattress made by a Swedish company called ergoflex www.ergoflex.co.uk.

It's outstandingly comfortable and has sorted by consistent morning back ache out - just wish I'd tried the memory foam style mattresses years ago.
