They're great, very fast. Sometimes you get an unexpected region.

I have used them for music cd's loads of times and they have been excellent. Even when discs have been faulty they have exchanged them straight away. I've not got anyting bad to say about them.........yet.

    Cheers

Yip - me too - excellent service and price for CDs and DVDs. For cheaper (£1 off all) go to www.cd-wow.com/192 - don't know how long this deal last for.

I've never had a region other than the one specified on the web site, but some people have. If you are unfortunate, I'm sure you would not have any trouble getting a refund or an exchange. And in my experience, they'd be very quick about it too!

They debit your credit card as soon as you order, but they are not shy about giving you a refund quickly if you cancel (again, in my experience).

When I had a faulty CD, they sent me another one out immediately - they didn't even wait for me to return the faulty one! And they provided me with a freepost jiffy bag for the return :D

I think they're a fantastic web store. I've been ordering DVDs and CDs from them for a good few months now and they have given me the best customer service I have ever received. I really can't praise them enough and I can't believe how quickly they ship the disks to you and how quickly they arrive

If you're anything less than 100% satisfied, I'll be shocked!!

Forgot to also mention, they send the stuff out in nice, stiff cardboard packages, so the cases don't get damaged :)

I ordered Lethal Weapon 2 (DC) from them recently for £7.99 expecting the R4 as stated. When the disc arrived it was the R1(also uncut) with the added bonus of DTS!

CD-Wow have been great in my experience. As far as the region thing goes, you tend to find the bigger/newer name titles that they're knocking out at £8.99 or £9.99 tend to be the ones where the origin is more likely to be non-R1.

I like their box packaging also, much sleeker than a jiffy bag.

If you play Bananalotto online every day you can nearly always win at least one 50p off voucher per week.

These tend to be R3 as well, which are always a risk in my experience. The info they put on the website is sometimes inaccurate, particularly regarding if it's anamorphic or not. Had no trouble getting a refund where they have got it wrong however :)

Nothing wrong with other regions though. Sometimes the R1 is not the best. As long as you compare the regions carefully using something like http://www.dvdcompare.org.uk/ you can cherry pick and then you can't go wrong really eh :)

They e-mailed me one recently, just out of the blue :)

I prefer the £1 off though - especially as you can order as many titles as you like with £1 off from that link that ag posted :D The 50p vouchers can only be used for one purchase however
