    Hey,

    Placed an order for an XLS200 two days ago..still haven't got any form of reply.
    Is this normal? Did I do something wrong here..?

    yeah I'm in the same position I ordered a monolith from them on tuesday and then heard nothing, so i emailed them yesterday and got a very nice reply back from them almost immediately. I think their customer service is very good - very helpful with the questions that i asked, but I'm that used to getting and automated response when ordering that it's a bit worrying when you hear nothing!
