    After checking out the 9986, I decided to switch my order from the 42" PV500 to a 37" 9986. It was such a beautiful picture that it would have been rude not to. I really can't wait... nice upgrade from my 42PA20. Hopefully getting it on Monday.

    zerolight, I read your post in the Plasma forum and i thought it was a well balanced view. Since you already own a plasma, I'm very interested to hear your opinion about this LCD TV. I am having a hard time deciding between plasma and LCD. So once you have the Philips set up, could you take the time to tell something about black-level and screen reflections compared to the Panny?
