Optoma warranty procedure

    Does anyone know how they work?

    I have a HD 20 thats within the 3 year hot swap warranty. I called them on the 4th of March regarding a fault with the pj, they emailed me RMA and hot swap forms which I filled in and emailed them back. I called them the following day as I hadn't heard anything more from them. The man I spoke to said they had my email and were working through them.

    It's over a week now and I still haven't heard anything, is this normal or should I call them again.
