    Very quick question.

I own an HD72i about 18 months old. Will it work with a Blue ray player. I ask because I don't know if the projector would have to cope with 24 frames/sec as televisions seem to.

Obviously I'll only get 720 and not 1080 but will it be smooth or jerky like tvs that cannot do 24frames /sec?

    Cheers,

    Bob.

Optoma say it converts it to 60Hz internally but it will report it as 24Hz. It does appear to pass 48Hz & 72Hz untouched though(if that helps).

I've only watched 2 BDs on it and it didn't seem jerky to me. Perhaps I don't know what I'm looking for though, I'll keep it that way by the sounds of it :)
