Optoma HD230x Focus Problem

Hey all,

I recently got myself an Optoma HD230x and am loving it other than one issue. I find that I can either get the bottom perfectly in focus or the top, never both.

I've tried tilting the projector as it's only lined up by eye for now but it doesn't appear to be making a difference.

I'm also just projecting onto the wall rather than a screen, not sure if that could be an issue?

Any help would be fantastic!

After playing around with it a bit more I've noticed that if I zoom the lens in a bit I can get everything but the top left in focus. However if I'm zoomed out (biggest possible picture) it's either the top of the image, or the bottom.
