Hey all. I currently have a Mitsubishi HC5500 hooked up and Im wondering if its worth swapping for the Optima. Im not expert as the Cinema room was already set up when I bought the house with the Mitsubishi, hooked up through a Sony STR-DG820 amp (If I need to take that into consideration at all).

    Can anyone help?

You can't just pick random projector. Did you check distance vs projector screen size?

I didnt. What else should I look for? The projector is only 10 foot from screen.

Ok. Using that site I think it would work as a replacement but I'm still not sure. Is there anyone on here that would be able to let me know? Just because the Optima model is the one being offered
