Afternoon folks,Im sure that this has been asked before but couldnt see anything in the FAQs,so .....Which is the best audio cable to go for to connect my pc to my amp, optical or coax?

The opticals seem a lot cheaper,is this reflective of the quality or just that they are cheaper to produce?
    Cheers.

    Hello Mr Jason.

Coxial is *supposed* to be better in less than 1.5 metre runs, however theres
very little in it if at all.I use optical(3 metres) from my PC to amp and coxial1.5 metres)
from dvd player to amp :)

QED make good quality cables, £35.90 for 3 metres from www.hificables.co.uk
friendly staff and prompt service IMO + free UK delivery :D

    BTW

www.Cableuniverse.co.uk do cheaper optical cable at around £15.49 for 3 metrea however iv'e never used them or thier cables so I cant comment on quality and/or service.
