Optical Lamination?

Just watching the iPhone 4 video (again)

And noticed the guys speak about Optical Lamination, thats a method that 'Laminates the cover glass to the display'

Does this mean there will be no more dust under the screen?

I've had dust under the screen of both iPhones i've had.

Althought apple will clean it under warrenty, it sounds like apple have eliminated this problem forever on the iPhone 4.

that seems to be th logic, though dust may get under the screen between the backlight resulting in some dimming - but shouldnt be visible

my advice - clean your pockets more regularly
