Optical Dilemma

    DVD Recorder people,
    you wouldn't have any bright ideas of how to couple up 'two' optical cables into 'one' slot?

    Current set-up has Coaxial from DVD and Optical from PS2 into the Decoder (5.1 amp.) - but we intend to replace the Philips DVD Recorder with one that works; a Panasonic, which is Optical and not Coaxial.

    Any ideas?

    You can get 'optical splitters' that will allow you to connect two optical leads to one input on an amp. Do e seach for 'optical splitter' on Goolge and you'll get loads of hits.
