I need an adapter for running two optical connections into a single optical input on my surround sound reciever. My system only has one input and I need two for my games consoles to save me having to reach behind my TV to swap them around all the time. Does such a thing exist, if so where could I buy one online (UK website please)? Thanks!

I've shopped at Lektropacks before and the service was fine.

Received my order within 2 days it was placed.
