Hi guys! I recently got a new lg 65 UF7700 , after returning a Panasonic CX series for its poor viewing angles (hence going IPS) . I wanted your opinions on the backlight , and slight flash lighting. I don't know whether im been to picky, as I I love the picture 90% of the time, but occasionally on dark scenes the brighter right hand side becomes obvious. This pic is local dimming off . so, am I expecting too much from edgelit led? I came from a 2013 lg plasma.

Thanks for your reply! OK, makes me more content with it. I use local dimming which alleviates nearly all of it (aside from certain scenes where the dimming action is noticeable - ie; torch in a cave) I'm happy with every other aspect of the set, especially the viewing angle.
