    Hi everyone......................

Could you give me your opinions on the above mentioned Panasonic model.....

It has better spec than PWD6 models and I presume the picture will not lack in quality (have not seen picture on PHD6 yet)..........

What is the best tuner box for either PWD6 or PHD6 models?

Thank you in advance for your opinions............ :smashin:

IMHO best plasma on the market today, much better processing than the PW6, yet same deep blacks, high contrast etc. Marvellous.

Do you think I'll regret the lack of HDMI and Panasonics disgusting lack of development of an expensive product.
IMO there is no reason why they should not put the effort/cost in to produce a series 6 HDMI card.
That said after 12 months I have'nt once found the need for HDMI and I still look at other plasmas and do not regret my purchase.

If only all companies were like Arcam/Denon!
    Steve.

Horny, when you are as old as me you will have acquired a protective layer of cynicism. Days away? But I'm sure the HDMI will work, it's inthe HDMI spec what they have to do, not like DVI where they can do anything they like. They have not yet said which of the new cards will not work with the 6 series, so you never know! But why would anyone want to restrict themselves to non-native resolutions anyway? HDMI or not, the PHD still has my vote, a total class act, and the only one to give a CRT any sort of run for it's money.
