HI looking for some advice on my next step. Currently have a CD73T CD player running through my Pioneer 2011 amp bi amping my Kefs ( not using the 7.1 function allows me to bi-amp fronts).
Was looking for a better sound for stereo and have been told that the P90 would be an ideal partner with the CD player. Main concern is that this take away from its multichannel ability when watching DVD.
Curious as to someones opinion about having this combo for both Stereo and Multichannel.
    Many thanks

I assume no one has this kinda combination then? Been offered a home demo so will try this, but Im doubtful that it will improve the sound significantly as I'll be loosing my bi amp ability (I think so anyways) when I use my pre outs. I think this may take away any advantage the stereo ability of the p90...... hope im wrong.

Not sure of the Pioneer 2011 but if it has preouts you should be OK. You run the left right front preouts to the P90. Then you could wire to say the HF of your biamp speakers from the Pioneer and the LF from the P90. Need to check that the gains etc are the same.

What does your combo sound like? because I have the same amp 2011, and was thinking about buying a 73T? I play my CD audio through my 868, but not sure how it will compair with the 73T?

not sure how the 868 is with CD's but the 73T made my Pioneer 545 look silly with CD ability..seriously its night and day between em. I'm happy with how mine sounds at the mo but I just think I can make it a little better with a dedicated stereo amp.
Once I get a home demo I'll report on how this combo goes with a P90
