Dear all. I am after the Kef PSW 1000. My room is small (3.8X3.9X2.1) WXLXH
Do you think that this sub will be OK for my system?

    Marantz SR5200
    Mission 77c1 X2 dentre fr & back
    Mission 771e (front)
    Mission 77DS (surround)

    Many thanks Dimitris

I think OK is the operative word - doesn't really go down that low. I would suggest if your going for a sub, save a few more quid and make it a real upgrade rather than something you will replace in a few months time.

Loads and loads of threads on which sub's to try but the favourites seem to be:

    MJ Acoustics Pro 50
A CHT10 from UE in the powerbuy section
    Second hand RELQ100 / 50

Cheers for the reply. I used to own a Paradigm PS1000 which was really too much for my room. I want something discreet and visually pleasing as I face a lot of yapping from my wife!!
I thougt the KEF is small enough, down firing and in cherry as are all my speakers.

Thanks for taking the time to reply and helping me out. Dimitris

No worries - the MJ acoustics is small enough to get that all important wife acceptance factor and has quite a few fans on this forum. Also available in cherry I think
