openssh turn it off?

Ok ive got a bit paranoid about my wonderful little iphone since reading about the virus and i changed my ssh password. This is a potentially stupid question but since there isnt an openssh icon does that mean its always on? can i turn it off?
I really only wanted to change message tones im not bothered about anything else.

I might have found the answer to my own question. sbsettings? Is that the easiest/best way?

It comes back on after a reboot too, so get into the habit of switching it off again after.
