Bring your best B class Fords.

There will be no other restrictions apart from the car make must be 'Ford' and models must be tuned up to a maximum of B500.

It's advisable to prepare a selection of cars. Tracks will be varied.

Storefront tunes welcome. Custom liveries encouraged, storefront or your own.

All driving assists will be allowed.

Normal AVF race-night policy applies, eg - no deliberate contact tolerated, if someone does hit you, give them the benefit of the doubt. No relatiation or 'payback' allowed. If you hit someone and they go off, let them regain their place infront of you. Play nice basically :)

New players of all skill levels welcome as well as all the old chestnuts. Best to send me a friends request. Mention AVF in your message or let me know on here.

Register your interest in this thread!

Here's a selection of the sorts of cars suitable:

I'm sure you'll be fine next time. These things seem to be random in my experience. The lobby locked up for all of us a couple of times last night.

In halo online for example, my NAT is sometimes closed, moderate or normal and i never mess with the settings at all. weird.

Sorry Nick, I won't be committing to anymore race nights until I have my brake issue resolved. Sent various videos highlighting the problem to Fanatec last night, so hoping for a speedy resolution from them.

Hope it all gets sorted soon seb, is a bu99er when things break. My wheel is now gathering dust in the spare room :(

I'm off work today so will have a look in the garage to see what cars are on offer. Should be some interesting tuning choices :)

there is a rivals mode time attack (infineon) for b spec rwd cars that is a good way of getting affinity up for ford. Tuning is expensive without it!

Do you know what level you need to be for parts to be free?

level 4 afaik.

My escort cosworth is the one to beat round there. shame they're not wiping the muscle cars from the rivals mode yet.

strange enough, was my first choice too, I just need to decide how much I like the whale tail vs more downforce....

Is the RS200 on there? If so I may tune one of those up for this, although I prefer RWD the only option is to do a drivetrain conversion or use a slow/heavy Mustang.

How many of you chaps use a steering wheel setup? I'm still using the pad as I never got on with the wheels.

The RS200 isnt B class unfortunately.

The MKII escort 1800 is available via DLC. I'll be using that at some stage :)

I use a wheel and pedals btw - a Fanatec Porshe Turbo S with CSR Elite pedals.

RS200 is S class :(

I've just purchased the RS1800 on the hope it tunes like a beast, bit of a gamble as it cost me actual ms points *grumble grumble*

Ar$e!

Oh well looks like its the RS1800 or the Cossie, can the Cossie be converted to RWD and stay below a B class?
