I have a sony KD28DX50, I am looking to have cable installed but my TV only has two scart connections. I currently have the DVD and Video plugged in, with the DVD using RGB. Can someone please tell me the best way to connect my cable box, video and dvd to the TV. I have seen devices that increase the number of scart connections you can have but they vary in price? It would be good to know if anyone has any recomendations or tips on what kind to choose.

    Thanks in advance

Do you know if the cable box has two scarts, if so does it have RGB passthrough like most sky boxes?

If it does connect the DVD to the cable, then connect cable to RGB scart on TV.
    Connect VCR to 2nd scart.

I am not too sure as it has not been installed yet, but if it does that would be great but if not what other options do I have??

Probably something like a scart switch box, but can't be anymore helpful as I don't have one and don't really know much about them, perhaps someone else could help you.

Also what cable are you getting? Should be able to find on the net details about the box if you can give me your cable supplier.
