I've got a Onkyo TX-NR3007 reciever, had this for a while, had no problems. Ive just bought a UP-DT1 add on Tuner to go with the reciever, hooked this up as per instructions but the amp is saying *not support* on the display and all im getting is clicks, nothing else. Is this add on faulty? or am I missing something? HELP!

The Onkyo UK website has a list of compatible receivers for use with the UP-DT1:-

    *Compatible models: TX-SR507, TX-SR577, TX-SR607, and later models from Onkyo’s 2009 A/V receiver range.

You can also download a PDF instruction manual.

Just a follow-up to my previous posting according to the specification list for the Onkyo TX-NR5007 receiver on the Onkyo UK website they mention the following in respect of the UP-DT1:-

"Radio fans are treated to a fine quality onboard AM/FM tuner but for even more choice UK owners will also be able to purchase a U.Port-compatible UP-DT1 DAB+ digital radio tuner. This is a small module that can be used on its own or, alternatively, 'daisy-chained' alongside the UP-A1 if owners want access to iPod/iphone and digital radio sources at the same time."

There is also mention of the TX-NR3007 receiver which they say is a slightly less specified version of the TX-NR5007 so one would assume that if the UP-DT1 works with the TX-NR5007 it should also work with the TX-NR3007.

Just a final thought after reading through the PDF file for the UP-DT1 DAB+ tuner, have you tried setting the device's Mode selector switch to 'Tuner' to see if your receiver will recognise it?
